This wire is called Nylostrand and is made by Mason Tackle Co. For pike leader tippet 9. 15 mm 15 lbs. and 20 lbs. test. specify size. Per 30 ft. To bond the material in a loop, twist the wire and quickly run a lighter flame close to the wire, and the nylon will melt and form a bond of the twisted section. Item# 3418
