Beaver Dub Box #1

Rates with rabbit as an easy material to dub. About 50 or 60 years ago the theory was to use water based animals such as the beaver for dry flies, and land based animals for nymphs. That theory hasn't applies in at least 20 years. Beaver can be mixed with a small amount of synthetic dubbing to create a blend with just at bit of sparkle. A small coffee grinder is all that is required to make the blend. Colors: Blue Dun, Mahogany Brown, Tan, Caddis Green, Olive, Light Cahill, Black, Sulphur Orange, Adams Gray, Pale Morning Dun, Golden Olive, Blue Wing Olive. Item# 1163
